This was during his time at the Information Warfare Training Group San Diego, before retiring from Naval service at the rank of Information Systems Technician Chief (ITC).Throughout his distinguished career, he’s held multiple training roles delivering system-specific training and General Military Training to his commands and divisions. Raymond instructed IT “C” Schools at the Center for Information Dominance Learning Site in San Diego where he was certified as an Instructor and Master Training Specialist (MTS). Position: Mr. Hughes joined DoD Training Center in 2019 and opened DoD Training Center’s San Diego branch in April of 2021.
