Information you provide
Quote requests and contact requests store your contact details and training needs. Skill requests and feedback store your name, email, category, preferences and message in a private team catalog. Notifications are sent to info@dodtc.com through our configured email provider; your email is used for follow-up, not marketing enrollment. Certification plans and learning activities store the details and evidence links you enter. Avoid entering sensitive or classified information.
Access and storage
Saved records are associated with your signed-in account and stored in the site’s database. Learning records and plans can be exported and deleted from the continuing education workspace. Training inquiries are available to the site owner in the review inbox. Contact the training team for assistance with requests or account data. Inquiry submission does not subscribe you to marketing. No advertising or third-party analytics tags are enabled by default.
Learning tools and optional measurement
Mission attempts, training routes, class checklists, pilot plans and portfolio entries are saved to your account only when you choose to save. You can delete saved entries. Portfolio sharing requires an explicit action, expires in seven days and can be revoked; the site’s access restrictions still apply. External artifact permissions remain with their host. Revoking a link does not remove previously downloaded copies.
Optional usage measurement is off until you allow it in the footer. It stores event type, page path, UTC date and sanitized campaign tags without names, emails, form content or full query strings. A browser-session identifier is hashed into daily event keys and is not stored raw. Measurement is deduplicated by session, event, page and day, visible only as aggregate counts to the owner in a 90-day reporting window. Older event records are purged when the next measurement arrives. Turning it off stops future collection.
External services
CyberSkillForge uses a separate account. When enabled and explicitly connected, DoDTC imports certification dates and completion evidence on your request. The portal remains the source for those records. Disconnecting removes the connection and cached portal records. This site does not submit credits to certification bodies. Evidence links remain where you host them.
